The 2 years fixed term position is part of the German Media Operations team in Munich.

• Responsibility for the procurement and delivery of program materials for linear broadcasting and program sales
• Planning, coordinating, managing and controlling of orders and technical processes for processing program materials in the content supply chain
• Supporting, updating and maintaining of required information and metadata in content management systems and databases
• Minimizing technical errors and working compliant with the timelines given by program and broadcast planning
• Enclosed cooperation and communication with internal departments and external service providers

• Initial professional experience in TV post-production
• Extraordinary time and resource management
• Basic knowledge of video and audio systems and techniques
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Affinity for working with databases
• Proactive, forward-looking and conscientious way of working
• Sound spoken and written English skills
