    The HR Data Analyst collaborates with team members, IT, customers and business partners to support the reporting and analytics for HR Data. The Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting; generating semi-complex to complex queries and reports; and performing specialized analyses of employee data. To ensure continuity and efficiency, the Analyst troubleshoots errors, analyses data, and helps maintain data integrity for the HR data, including testing and documenting data anomalies. This role supports the Global HR Analytics Manager in collaboration with cross-functions to align organizational data strategy and deliver actionable insights.


    • Responsible for data governance and validation by identifying gaps and issues with current dataset in SAP and needs to develop new ones to create efficiencies. Work with IT for adjustments and testing, and communicate to HR service centers and other stakeholders for any changes.
    • Establishes and maintains data governance guidelines and practices, and communicate to HR service centers and other necessary stakeholders.
    • Responsible for mid-level to complex reporting solutions. Consults with Global HR Analytics manager to determine client reporting needs. May need to engage in conversations with customers to clarify and explain data when necessary.
    • Responds to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
    • Ensures data integrity and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc reports/ queries for different business needs/ requirements.
    • Interprets data and implications of data analyses to users in a clear and meaningful fashion.
    • Works with service centers to determine touchpoints and take on complex query, reporting, and audit requests, ensuring requests are documented and managed timely and accurately.
    • Assists with streaming and improving data related processes and documentation.
    • Facilitates the alignment of HR Data with other core business data. May conduct audits when necessary.
    • Maintains basic Tableau functionality and administrative tasks.
    • May conducts basic analyses and researches and communicates internal and external best practices.
    • May prepare benchmarking data for the HR department as appropriate.
    • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.


    • Bachelor in HR, Industrial Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or other Business Administration related areas
    • Prior experience with SAP required, SAP SuccessFactors desired
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and business acumen
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience
    • Minimum of three years of relevant data analytics experience
    • Expert in MS Excel
    • Experience with data visualizations using Tableau/ PowerBI/ R
    • Experience with statistical modelling and descriptive statistics
    • Excellent ability to understand and document processes and workflows
    • Experience of working across geographies and customs is a plus
    • Adept at identifying, prioritizing, and managing important tasks/issues with accuracy and focusing on detail
    • Flexible and agile, and comfortable working with high level guidance and exploring uncharted territory in creating solutions and insights
