  • Position Summary

    The Role

    This role will provide project and team coordination to the General Manager Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands, Vice President of Factual & Sports Products and Vice President of Lifestyle Products. The role will be responsible for managing operational projects related to the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills, project management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise a large and diverse workload, as well as impeccable attention to detail. The role requires excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as a can-do attitude. The maximum salary for this position is A$67,000.

    • Assist GM and VPs of Products on the delivery of assigned projects such as integration between UK and ANZ operations, on-site and off-site events, etc
    • Act as primary vendor point-of-contact for all operational and administrative matters and inquiries and conduct quarterly vendor review to ensure the business is receiving competitive pricing
    • Create purchase orders for vendor payments; track deliverables and payment milestones
    • Track office & travel expenses and communicate budget status to management team
    • Coordinate execution of legal agreements
    • Act as primary liaison with HR, finance, IT and legal
    • Assist with department meeting logistics including scheduling of rooms, coordination of video conferences, document preparation and distribution
    • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific business


    • Previous experience in Project Coordinator role
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
    • Experience managing operations such as budgets, invoicing and expenses
    • Excellent relationship building and local/international stakeholder management experience
    • Experience liaising with vendors
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Strong ability to multi-task a large, diverse workload with multiple managers
    • Analytical and problem solving skills, and independent judgment
    • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, and work in fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience dealing with executing legal agreements preferred
    • Experience dealing with Australian and British companies preferred
