The Creative Manager is a pivotal member of the UK creative function. Their core responsibility is to implement and execute the creative strategy set by the Creative Director, to the highest standard. The Creative Manager is responsible for translating marketing briefs into powerfully effective ideas and creative concepts, via the recruitment, management and creative direction of writers/ producers/directors/designers. They are responsible for ensuring creative of the highest quality is delivered on time, budget, brand and brief. Where appropriate they will write and/or execute creative work.
The Creative Manager will contribute to creative strategy, but their primary responsibility is the development and execution of brilliant creative ideas across all relevant media.
