  • Position Summary

    Do you want to work in the media business, where things go fast? And are you great at HR advice and operational support? Then you might be the HR Advisor, we are looking for.


    As our HR Advisor, you will become part of the local HR team based in Copenhagen. Your role will be to support the Senior HR Manager by providing operational day to day HR support to line managers in Denmark, including all elements of the HR lifecycle.


    Your work day will be busy and exciting, as we are a small team in a dynamic company.  


    • First point of 'contact' for all operational issues
    • 'Best practice' HR advice and support
    • Recruitment administration - from job descriptions to on-boarding.
    • Create employment contracts and amendments.
    • Keep employee data updated in SAP, in the HR-files, excel-reports, org. charts, etc.
    • Conduct HR introduction to new employees.
    • Support the delivery of key corporate initiatives and annual processes, such as Performance management, bonus calculations etc.
    • Work closely with all HR specialist areas to provide ‘seamless’ HR support and advice to the business as necessary, including Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and LifeWorks&Inclusion.


    • You have a degree in HR, business administration or similar.
    • You have minimum 2 years of experience with HR administration and advice.
    • Basic operational HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes.
    • A good understanding of Danish employment law.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Danish as well as English.
    • Good interpersonal skills and a service minded nature.
    • Detail oriented as well as result oriented.
    • Able to build lasting relationships and a genuine interest and curiosity about the business.
    • Able to plan, prioritize and work under pressure.
    • Able to work independently as well as in cooperation with others.
    • Flexible on working hours to meet business demands when necessary.
    • Experience with SAP HR or other HR-systems is an advantage.
    • Good IT-skills, especially knowledge of word and excel.
