    Job Purpose

    The Digital Marketing coordinator will work closely with the digital products marketing team to create and drive customer growth via digital channels, and maintain a strong and competitive online presence for the digital products ecosystem. The right candidate understands the need to be digital-first and will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to maximize campaign performance.


    • Assist in editorial calendar planning for website and social media
    • Manage day-to-day communication on all social media channels and other relevant platforms.
    • Assist with scheduling of social content, as well as community management, organizing and tracking to ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
    • Managing and uploading content and updates for all brands under the digital products arm on web and YouTube.
    • Support implementation of digital owned/paid strategy (specifically website, digital paid media) working closely with the Digital Products team
    • Sourcing, copywriting and proofing/editing content for a variety of digital channels
    • Report, track and develop analytic reports on both organic and paid marketing performance of all digital products
    • Manage search, native and display ad campaigns across several platforms
    • Ensure operational efficiency in finance processes (CEs, invoices etc) for the digital portfolio
    • Support overall Digital Products budget management (key liaison with Finance, run-rate tracking)


    • Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related programme
    • Fresh graduate or those with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience in digital marketing, editorial and content marketing
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Knowledge in CMS, Google analytics and basic html
    • Strong knowledge and understanding on the role of content across different digital and social media platforms, including formats for mobile, paid social and other relevant digital channels
    • Familiarity on content performance measurements through utilization of relevant data, tools and platforms
    • Passionate about all aspects of digital and content marketing with an innovative mindset to drive results-driven engagements through impactful and effective content
    • Strong communicator with good writing and verbal skills
    • Self-motivated team player with great project management skills
    • Highly organized, with extreme attention to detail
    • High degree of adaptability and independence
    • Comfort with experimentation and risk-taking
    • Singaporean only
    • 1-year contract with the possibility of conversion to perm
