    MATERNITY COVER: Office Manager / PA to VP of Commercial Development

     

    Are you a self-starter who enjoys working with people, managing day-to-day operations, can multitask and collaborate with a team of professionals? If this sounds like you, then you might be suitable to take the the position of Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to  VP of Commercial Development, in our Sofia office, for one year

    You will be involved in general maintenance and management of all administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the office, while supporting the Commercial Development VP with basic assistant duties. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a solid office manager or PA that can successfully multitask, as well as work independently with drive and initiative, and anyone interested in starting their career working for a world-class company

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities;

     

    • Personal assistant to Commercial Development VP (HCD), including management of diary, travel and expenses. Administrative support including project trackers, data analysis, ppt presentations.
    • Liaising with regional offices in Turkey, Kiev, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Czech Republic, the head office in Warsaw & London when required.
    • Managing all office communication across head offices, handling correspondence and reception duties, phone calls, general organization, etc.
    • Coordination with finance regarding billings, subscriber reports, debts and local accounting companies. Organisation of logistics - travel, accommodation, venues, etc for off-site events.
    • Support for the research, distribution, marketing and HR teams when required, on logistics, administration, organization, project tracking, reporting etc.
    • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and communication skills to execute on time. A can-do attitude is essential.
    • Fluent oral and written English and Bulgarian.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Additional duties as required which will vary day to day. Some international travel may be required
