Employment lawyer to provide and manage general employment legal /people regulatory support across the UK, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions under the general direction and supervision of the Vice President, Employment Law. Working within and closely supporting HR client groups and the business. Providing advice, drafting, negotiation of employment agreements and termination agreements, employment policies across each region, research and assisting with ad hoc legal and policy queries.
To manage independently day to day with limited supervision, UK matters and project management of various international/multi-jurisdictional matters. To manage local counsel and proactively communicate practical local advice and seek instructions from internal stakeholders. To actively move on matters and demonstrate a commercial and pragmatic approach to all client queries.
