One Discovery World is a successful, fast paced and fun team who specialises in selling fantastic advertising and partnership across the whole Discovery Network International portfolio, including Eurosport. We are looking for a competent and passionate midweight creative strategist to join our creative, production and planning arm.
The purpose of the role is to help the London based international sales team winning new business by devising bespoke, forward thinking, cross platform creative solutions that can enable advertisers to meet their branding goals. This will be achieved by dissecting briefs in a sharp strategic manner, understanding and embracing the brands’ challenges, identifying opportunities through the use of insights and analytics, coming up with innovative partnership ideas across all available media (TV, digital, social, event) and coordinating production for branded content projects.
The role will have a primary focus on Eurosport, but over time is expected to also cover the other platforms. It entails developing close relationships with the Eurosport editorial teams in Paris and expertise in the network’s offering and USP.
The role would suit a person with a strong creative mind, a passion for content-driven advertising and storytelling, a digital-first mentality, a solid understanding of social marketing, and a brand strategist or marketer profile. Passion for sport a strong plus!
