  • Position Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the logistics and administrative tasks for the Commentary and Production teams. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, exceptional organization skills and an interest in broadcast/media, as well as the ability to communicate efficiently. An interest in sport would also be an advantage in this position.




    • Booking and scheduling commentators across multiple channels and events and managing their availability
    • Book travel and accommodation as needed
    • Establish a daily dialogue with commentators in the office and on site, advising and updating them on the status of their programme for the day as needed
    • Prepare changes and send out to commentators
    • Regular schedule checks to ensure we have all programmes covered
    • Make sure that the daily planning is correct for the current day and email changes to planning group
    • Prepare the daily channels – make sure accurate and pinned up so that commentators can promote across channels
    • Monitor Eurosport output, address any problems with commentary quickly and calmly
    • Monitor emails with schedule changes or programme info from our head office in Paris, alert commentators of schedule changes
    • Check commentators are in the office in time for their programmes
    • Follow up and resolve any problems commentators experience
    • Ensure commentators have all necessary information for their programme including:


    -Contacting producers in Paris if they need additional info

    -Checking the internal research systems

    -Supplying team sheets, scripts


    • Ensure all office problems are dealt with including:


    -Commentator computers are working

    -Commentators can log on

    -Printers are working

    -Commentary booths are in good working order




    • Assist with booking crew for various sports
    • Plan and book travel and accommodation for various sports
    • Produce call sheets detailing all logistics around productions
    • Occasional support with edits and facilities document
    • Assistance with raising POs and unblocking for payment
    • Onsite support at specific events
    • Production admin support where required
