This position is developing a balanced, flexible and healthy work environment in partnership with the head of the international division and is focused on establishing a culture of inclusion primarily for our UK & Scandinavian offices. The functional aim is to spearhead, with the wider HR team, the engagement and implementation of programmes such as flexibility, diversity&inclusion and best-place related work activities.
This role requires a self-starter mind-set with a track-record in both Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion. This role reports to our international Snr Director of LifeWorks & Inclusion and joins up with our wider international team based in the US, Paris, Warsaw and Singapore.
