Position Summary

This position is developing a balanced, flexible and healthy work environment in partnership with the head of the international division and is focused on establishing a culture of inclusion primarily for our UK & Scandinavian offices. The functional aim is to spearhead, with the wider HR team, the engagement and implementation of programmes such as flexibility, diversity&inclusion and best-place related work activities.


This role requires a self-starter mind-set with a track-record in both Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion. This role reports to our international Snr Director of LifeWorks & Inclusion and joins up with our wider international team based in the US, Paris, Warsaw and Singapore.


  • Consult with key stakeholders to develop and implement LifeWorks & Inclusion solutions
  • Manage, administer and market the portfolio of existing LifeWorks & Inclusion programmes including regular updates and improvements
  • Co-developing our ongoing Global Mental Health campaign in partnership with the international HR team and US-based LW&I team
  • Execute and implement wellbeing plans from design to implementation
  • Support the roll out of cross-cultural awareness programmes – business driven -
  • Management of our Employee Resource Groups and supporting the launches of new ones
  • Lead and manage ad hoc LifeWorks & Inclusion projects from planning through implementation
  • Develop marketing and promotional elements for global team to ensure consistent brand
  • Manage annual Diversity Events, Career days and Awareness campaigns
  • Generate activity reports and review feedback from activities and services provided


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on health management, wellbeing, psychology and/or inclusion management
  • Previous experience in HR preferred, or strong interest in the field, including inclusion, wellbeing, communications or CSR
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of events management experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship management experience, including the ability to analyze, assess, and make recommendations on approach
  • Demonstrable track record in interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and vendors
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations & marketing material
  • Must have attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Affinity for different cultures and international work-experience
  • Fluency in 2nd European language advantageous, preferably a Scandinavian language


Salary & Benefits:  Salary competitive. Eligible for 12% yearly bonus
