Position Title:

Programme Manager LifeWorks&Inclusion – CEEMEA – part time up to 25 hours per week

Location: Warsaw, Poland       

Department: Human Resources, LifeWorks&Inclusion            

Reports to: Director, LifeWorks & Inclusion

 

General Summary:

 

This position aims to promote a flexible, healthy and inclusive work environment with the focus on our Warsaw and CEEMEA workforce spread across Dubai, Turkey, Russia, Germany, Romania & Bulgaria.

The role requires a self-starter mind-set and a track-record in Mental Health, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion. This role reports to our Snr Director of LifeWorks & Inclusion, based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with key stakeholders to develop and implement LifeWorks&Inclusion solutions
  • Manage, administer and market the portfolio of existing LifeWorks & Inclusion programs including regular updates and improvements
  • Executing on global campaigns and celebration, e.g. Global Mental Health campaign, International Women’s Day in partnership with the international HR team and wider LW&I team
  • Execute and implement wellbeing plans from design to implementation
  • Support the roll out of awareness campaigns and celebrations
  • Providing support to the management of our Employee Resource/Interest Groups
  • Lead and manage ad hoc LifeWorks & Inclusion projects from planning through implementation
  • Create marketing and promotional elements for global team to ensure consistent brand
  • Manage local events, e.g. diversity days, panel discussions, kids day events
  • Generate activity reports and review feedback from activities and services provided

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on human resources management, health management, wellbeing, psychology or inclusion management
  • Previous experience in HR preferred, or strong interest in the field, including inclusion, wellbeing, communications or CSR
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of events management experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship management experience, including the ability to analyze, assess, and make recommendations on approach
  • Demonstrable track record in interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and vendors
  • Ability to create presentations & marketing material
  • Must have attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Affinity for different cultures and international work-experience
  • Fluency in Polish, English and preferably a 3rd language related to our CEEMEA markets

Metrics:

  • Working across several cultures, time zones and jurisdictions
  • Responsible for international outreach, communication and consistent follow up to assess relevance and return on investment of programs and initiatives rolled out
  • Expected to work proactively, bringing fresh ideas and new ways of working into the department
  • Expertise having engaged and managed (project) teams/volunteering groups
