This role is 100% responsible for building the profile of Discovery’s ad sales portfolio in Turkey which currently includes 3 Pay (Discovery, Discovery Science, Animal Planet) and 1 FTA (TLC) channels and driving key revenue streams. Future plans include acquisition of a second FTA channel on top which require deep brand expertise and know-how of these 5 channels in total. The key focus will be twofold: 1) To lead/influence/motivate/manage the media reps to maximize our revenue goals 2) To be in close and regular contact to develop business opportunities (predominantly but not limited to ad sales) with direct clients and media agencies.
This is a role for a passionate, highly motivated communicator, who is detail and result-orientated with proven leadership skills, able to manage matrix in a multinational global corporation.
