Position Summary

As a student worker, you will become part of Discovery Networks Denmark's Analysis Department, which is responsible for reports and analyzes of TV shows, advertising breaks and marketing efforts across Discovery's channels and platforms and the TV market in general.


We are looking for a person who can assist the department's permanent analysts with reporting of audience and data on programs, promotions, advertisements, etc., which means that you will gain broad insight into the commercial television business. Among other things, you will be responsible for collecting, processing and reporting data to the entire house, so it is important that your work is very well analyzed and flawless.


  • Support in delivering daily viewership
  • Support for the sales department and program department
  • Various weekly and monthly reports
  • Weekly competitor monitoring
  • Web analysis
  • Ad hoc tasks




To become a succes in the position it is an advantage, if you are really happy to work in Excel and data systems. You will get a thorough introduction to the systems and services we are working with, but it will be a big advantage, if you have flair for technique and quickly learns how to use new IT programs.


You are satisfied with routine work, but it is important that you are also open for new things, since we are working in a business in constant change. Besides that we expect: 


  • You are a super user of Office – especially Excel
  • You have an analytical mind, are extremely thorough and have an eye for detail 

  • You write a flawless Danish and English. We imagine that you are on your last year of a bachelor degree or have just started on a master degree on CBS, so you can stay in the position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • You must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours a week within normal office hours – whe working hours will be flexible, but it is a demand that you can work every Monday from 9 am to 4 pm.
