Working within Content Operations this role will lead a team of Content Operations Co-ordinators to ensure that all programme materials are made available for transmission with sufficient time to go through the required processes including ingest, quality assessment, edit and language customisation and that the finished programmes are delivered to the transmission facility to the required standards.
This role is responsible for leading a team of 5+ staff, ensuring that they are working to a high standard, following standard operating practices.
This is a varied client facing role; there are multiple clients with different regional business requirements. Whilst this role will focus on an allocated LOB, LOBs are flexible and may change from time to time.
The volume and geographic reach of channels within the DNE channel portfolios drives the complexity of the programming and languaging requirements; this role needs to fully understand the requirements for the LOB they support.
A high level of communication is required to ensure optimum service is provided to business teams.
