Position Summary

Eurosport Digital is recruiting for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join its Eurosport Player team in London. Eurosport Player (ES Player) is an over-the-top (OTT) platform that gives customers access to linear and non-linear sports content such as British Premier League, Tour de France, Bundesliga and MotoGP. ES Player is available across Europe.


The successful applicant for this role will be working within the Eurosport Digital Acquisition Marketing team to deliver performance improvements across all major digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social and display/ programmatic.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital marketing campaigns across at least one of paid social, paid search or display/ programmatic; have excellent communication skills; possess solid analytical capabilities; and demonstrable experience in managing multiple partners and stakeholders whilst working to strict deadlines. A keen interest in sports is also advantageous.


  • Support efforts to drive subscriber growth of ES Player through digital marketing management and execution.


  • Work with media ad agency partners and media publishers across digital platforms to manage the launch and ongoing optimisation of campaigns


  • Manage ad copy and creative approval processes across multiple geographies, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders and 3rd parties


  • Produce reports and optimisation suggestions for digital marketing campaigns


  • Provide ongoing support in quality assurance (QA) of digital marketing campaigns


  • Provide digital marketing project management support around key sporting events (e.g. US Open Tennis)


  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming digital marketing trends and product capabilities


  • Ideally educated to Degree level


  • Previous experience working within an agency or client-side in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2C environment


  • Proficiency with the use of digital advertising/ analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords or Facebook Ads


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally


  • Highly numerate and comfortable using excel to both run campaign analysis and provide recommendations


  • Excellent troubleshooting and QA skills - strong attention to detail essential


  • Experience managing multiple partners and stakeholders against strict deadlines


  • Proven project management, self-organisation and prioritisation skills


  • Ability to multi-task with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment


  • Must be fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners


  • A passion for sports content and working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with like-minded individuals.
