Eurosport Digital are excited to be recruiting the new opportunity of CRM Data Analyst. This is a completely new role within the Marketing team reporting to the CRM and Retention Director. The successful candidate will work within a broader marketing team in an agile “test and learn” mindset in which the brand, events and acquisition teams work together to continuously improve marketing performance. The CRM Data Analyst will be immersed in customer data and tasked with analyzing customer behavior and the impact of our CRM campaigns to provide insight that will shape future marketing strategy and activity.
In order to help drive this growth, Eurosport has an exciting opportunity for an insightful and numbers driven CRM Data Analyst to join its Eurosport Player team. Eurosport Player is a new OTT platform that gives customers access to linear and non-linear content for some of the world’s best loved sports including Tour de France, Bundesliga and MotoGP.
Campaigns are currently delivered via email and online retargeting, and soon push notifications, but will potentially be expanding out to other channels as appropriate. These campaigns will run across the entire customer lifecycle in all of ES Players’ markets, with special focus on: Germany, Italy, the UK, France and Norway.
