Responsible for the management, development and implementation of Sales Marketing strategies that support the attainment of company business goals
1. Work hand-in-hand with the Sales teams in Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Panama, Dom. Rep and Emerging Markets to create effective B2B strategies
2. Initiate, develop and expedite the creation and maintenance of sales tools for both Sales teams.
3. Develop and manage sales events (i.e. Upfront and Client Trips in and outside the US) that meet the business objectives per market
4. Develop and manage sales tools and systems that meet the needs of Sales in each market
5. Manage the implementation of Sales Conferences and Trainings for the entire Ad Sales force
6. Develop and implement the trade media strategy, including trade buy and creative development
7. Direct liaison between Content teams and Sales department, ensuring that the flow of information between the two is constant and up to date.
* College degree or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.
* Candidate should have 2+ years in television sales environment.
* Self-motivated, team oriented and committed to providing an extraordinary level of service.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detailed oriented person with strong time management skills. Experienced working with deadlines.
* Fluent in English, Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
