The HR Operation team purpose is to design and deliver processes and tools that support the organization's culture, growth and work environment. The team works collaboratively to align data, processes and procedures owned by the HR function to Discovery's overall business objectives focussing on efficiency, simplicity and quality.
The VP Operations will create and lead Discovery's global HR Operations team who will be responsible for the design and delivery, implementation, execution and control of the company's HR processes and systems worldwide. The role will focus on process and product efficiencies, service delivery, data quality and analytics to support a dynamic, highly matrixed organization. The VP will continually enhance processes (through automation, re-engineering, and continuous improvement) to drive efficiency and provide a superior service experience.
